Kasiga School is not just another brick and mortar structure that has good facilities. It is a realization of a vision to build a school of superiority that stands out from the norm. The school was established in the early 1990s by Mr. Ramesh Batta and Mrs. Poonam Batta, the school's goal is to provide top-quality educational facilities for coed students within Dehradun, India, without being a prestigious institution and accessible to prospective teachers and their children. The goal of the school was to establish a learning community in which students can grow in their minds and emotions, while being and be surrounded by the peace of the natural world.

Its Inception as well as its Growing

After a lot of studies and visits to outstanding schools across the globe The Batta family, together with a group of enthusiastic people, created an outstanding design of the Kasiga School. In 2005, the foundation was laid the 5th October 2005. The beautiful structure was finished in 2007. Ten students were in attendance when the school started its academic life on the 8th July 2007 and has since been growing into a top co-educational boarding school that molds its students' minds as well as the hearts of every student those who come through its doors.

Our Goals

Kasiga School's principal objective is to create an environment of friendship that makes each student feel like an integral part of the school's learning community. In order to achieve that, it offers the conditions to develop personal and intellectual abilities by engaging in regular preparatory classes, creating an atmosphere of community. Furthermore, Kasiga ensures the welfare of every boarder by offering an environment that is safe and healthy with comfortable accommodations which provides adequate privacy. The school strives to foster an awareness of responsibility towards the self, other people as well as the surrounding environment by fostering well-rounded students.

The Counselling Policy

Kasiga School recognizes the importance of emotional intelligence among young children. The school has a comprehensive policy on counselling in place. The School Counsellor assists students to develop self-awareness as well as strategies to deal with the changes especially in a residential environment. The sessions with counsellors encourage students to openly share their emotions and feelings without judgment, and help them examine their lives and develop essential skills for navigating their lives.
